I hate waking up @ 715am daily....


I hate the morning Traffic JAM....


I hate to work so hard....


I hate not having tons of free time from tomorrow onwards


I hate not being able to pak MJ on weekdays....


I hate not able to stay up till wee hours at night.....



BUT....................



I am left with no CHOICE....



COS I AM CHEAPSKATE............



I LOVE $ MORE! HAHAHA



Jokes aside.... I will and I will make sure that I will put in double effort to maintain my 2 trades well.... and to be as PRO as my new phone in the coming months....

Golden Mile

Went for an appointment earlier today....

1st time step into Golden Mile Complex....

Oh my, I felt like as if I landed in Bangkok!!

Most of the shops there are run by THAIs I suppose... with lotsa Thai wordings everywhere.... I felt I am the odd wan there, surrounded by THAIs...



But then.........



That shopping complex STINKO can !!!!!.....



Smell of Urine almost everywhere!!!!

JOB Hop???

My Bad..... Its been quite some time since I update..... 2 reasons, either u r tad too busy or u r just tad too lazy, OK I got to admit I belong to the latter :P


Life isn't too smooth recently... Business a tad SLOW... Ouch! So much so that I felt the pinch, thus after a long consideration, I have decided to find another JOB while maintaining my line now. Least my income wise will be much more STABLE, and any profits that I made from my current trade will add as a BONUS. In another words, I need to get a new Main job while maintaining my current trade now on a sideline basis. I need to work extremely extremely HARD!


With my Younger brother's reco, I joined his Company, and will be starting work this 20th. For those who still wasn't aware what I am doing, K.. I am now (or rather soon) dealing with Motorised Retractable Awnings; Motorised Drop Blinds, Canopy, Poolside umbrallas etc etc. will update more when I offiically startwork. In the meantime, if U have lobangs for me, give me a BUZZ hor... and FYI, whoever needs Interior Design and Reno, PLS Remember I am still in this TRADE ya :)


OH and there is still so much things that I wana BLOG...... and Tons of photos that I need to upload!!!!

is that an excuse? i do admit that sometimes when i hang out with friends, i do late.. but only when i know that we will be staying that particular place and not a meeting point where we will hop to another place. but when work is concern, i will not be late. meeting different clients everyday is part of my job, i had to plan all my schedule before that to avoid delay in the next appointment. yes, customer service counts, anything within 1/2 hour is still acceptable for me. I am blogging this now at a void deck, yes waiting for my client.. arranged to meet at 7pm just before i turn into the car park, i receive an sms " sorry will reach at 730pm" @730pm i received another one " sorry something cork up, will reach at 8pm, you can? " KAOZ! what can i say? yes, i can say no, cos i am meeting my next client @ 830pm before i end my day, but to think of i have to travel back again tomorrow? no no no.. i rather LL and stay put here to get things done. i agree that customer service is important, but only to a certain extent.. i think i am be taken granted for... nb z i wasted my 1 hour for nothing or will it be longer?

sought out my feelings and went back to work.. was at one of my jobsite @ Koven.. Client asked me to do them a favour by helping them to buy and install the bamboo hanger.. i did and was with my electrician just now who installed for them @ a very big risk! pics below after installation will tell..

thank god every went smoothly, it freaks me out when i see the way he install.. knn.. puting his life @ risk for my client.. Wtf.. just 1 question.. will my client appreciate and feel greatful? i tell myself that i will NEVER do this kind of service ever ever again.. is NOT worth!!

p/s : went 4 lunch with Alvin and had a good talk, he knows everything.. bro.. thanks.. i know i am on the advantage side but still.... ^^ :(
