Rain or Shine

I woke up this morning....

it was raining....

such a nice and sweet weather to laz around or rather carry on to sleep....

but i reckon.....

the feeling to me is different.




The rain got heavier while I was driving to Amk to run some errands...

somehow I felt uneasy.....

I am sadden....

I felt that the sky is crying @ that moment....

weather does affect one's mood....

Just hope to see the Sun Shine real soon....

Reservist ended...

Back to work today.....

Mindset still at a SUPER SLOW pace....or rather too slow to adapt the fast working pace that it use to be...arrrhhhh totally cannot adjust to it. how i wish i could book in back to camp this morning, lol crazy right? 3 weeks of in camp training past so briskly...

4days 3nights outfield training was fun with the exception of dirt, heat and rain. Compare to other units doing this exercise, we are really too lax.. so much so that the time we really perform our role is actually on the 3rd day early morning when we perform the river crossing for the attachment duty in the so call "far bank". We took the "Raft" this time round instead of the usual "Assault Boat". More time consuming but on the other hand is an good experience to actually see in real life how the "raft" works. Transforming from land to the sea, loading different vehicles and personnels across the river. Ok i got to admit i had ample rest this time round :P. the 2 new guys, james and eric, who attach to me cover most of the dutys, lol not that i "siam" on purpose la, just that they did not wake me up when my turn is up. they paisay lor, cos i "lao jiao" ma... lol

last week was totally "a do no nothing" week except the IPPT all had to take on wednesday.....basically is just SLACK. Book in camp early morning, proceed for breakfast, slack, rest, Lunch, slack and basically await for book out time.... its been peaceful.. relaxing.. and its always fun to make new friends and of cos catching up with peers that u dont see each other as frequent. Ok, no more slacking...... back to reality.......till the next in camp.........

Ok I still can book out every day (less out field next week) so not so bad la.

So many changes this time round!

Lots’ new faces...like 70%? I miss those old faces can...

Worst, all the commanders this time round all nabei FIRST in CAMP! Why? Cos all the regular commanders all defer! Crap....

And Worst,they totally know NOTHING. I seriously wonder how we are going to pull thru the 4days 3nights Outfield exercise next Monday.

Less off the stand-in OC, PC, CSM, PS all farking 1^st in camp. There is a major re-shufferment in terms of manpower thus those Super BIG group we use to attach together all split up into different sub groups. Imagine 4 platoons of abt 200pax to now 2 platoons of abt hmmm 50pax...and tats with 70% new birds...

This is the 1^st time i am officially classify as ”LAO JIAO” (old bird) and I felt Farking OLD can! I saw the nominal roll.... most of the IC no. starts with like S82****, S83**** and even S84****! And as expected, I am the oldest in my section! I remembered I was the youngest last in camp 4 yrs back! Lol

Ok i am not complaining la, I still enjoying la.. Catching up with old mates and making new friends still feels great!

After a LONG 4 years plus 01 months break! OMG, although it feels kinda sucky, i still have to report back to camp in about 6 hours from now.

04-08 till 22-08 *faints plus Pui*

Lucky me, i still manage to dick out my uniform, full pack, SBO and helmet!

but Fark! i can't button up my pants! (the top most button only la) and my SBO cant fit on to my slim waist, eeerrrrhhhhhh :P -__-

Heard no more kit exchange this time round... need to BUY... pls, u think i will? don expect me to top up using my own cash money after using the amount every nsmen are entitled yearly, don ask me how much? i think most would not remember...

Pengz i still have a few entries which i need to update... arhh lazy me but i will find time... normally 1st week can "tankap" wan ma, out field exercise should be in the second week i think.. thats what happen normally when i go back camp for reservist, but not too sure whether there will be any major changes this time round. Just don tell me that i have to stay in, i can't !!
why? cos i never bring my undies, cos all my friends will miss me, my clients need me, and if that happens, i will AWOL.... bleah!!

ok, i need to Recharge my PSP to the Max and he will be my bestie for the next 3 weeks!!
